RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love everything you buy from AlwaysUnder — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.


💌 Can I Return My Order?

We’ll gladly refund any item you're not happy with, as long as:

  • It’s returned within 30 days of your delivery date

  • It’s unused, unopened, and still sealed in its original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons (and common sense), we can't accept returns of opened or unsealed items — even if they were just “looked at.” Thanks for understanding.


🛠 Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at info@alwaysunder.co.uk.
We’ll sort a replacement or refund — no faff.
We may ask you to return the item (and any accessories) before processing the refund.


📦 How to Return

  1. Repack your item in its original packaging

  2. Head to the Post Office and get a proof of postage

  3. Hold onto that proof – it’s your receipt in case anything goes missing

Do not post through a letterbox without proof of postage — we won’t be able to refund untracked returns.


💸 When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we’ve confirmed your return is eligible, we’ll refund you within 14 days.
We refund using the same payment method you used at checkout.

For faulty items, you’ll get a full refund including standard delivery fees (as required under UK law).
If the return is just because you've changed your mind, we’ll deduct return postage unless the item is faulty.
